Los alemanes vuelven a desconfiar de los bancos españoles. Tras años de saneamiento y ayudas millonarias, las dudas sobre las entidades financieras españolas resurgen , como si el problema de fondo no se hubiera solucionado definitivamente. El foco de la preocupación se centra en dos asuntos cruciales:  el hecho de que los bancos estén hasta las cejas de deuda pública , sobre todo española, comprada con la barra libre de dinero barato que ha ido facilitando e l BCE , y la todavía elevada tasa de morosidad de sus carteras de crédito.
