Pulpo-Tintenfisch (Octopus), das ist des Gallegos traditionelle Festessens-Art. Der gesamte Pulpo wird in einen großen Topf mit siedend heißem Wasser-Zitrone-gekocht. Anschließend wird er aus dem Topf geholt und mit einer Schere, werden die Tentakeln in Scheiben geschnitten und auf runde  Holzplatten gelegt, wo sie zum Schluss mit Olivenöl und Pfeffer (Paprika) bestäubt werden. Dazu fließt in Mengen der gute gekühlte Alvarinho (Portugiesisch)- Albariño -Spanisch- eine Weißweinsorte, die in Portugal die wichtigste Rebsorte für den Vinho Verde ist und große Tradition in Galicien erreicht hat. In Galicien wird der Wein vorwiegend in den Rias Baixas angebaut und erreicht eine sehr hohe Qualität, ist bei Sommerhitze sehr erfrischend und kann im Geschmack mit dem deutschen Riesling verglichen werden kann.  Natürlich wird zu dem ganzen Essen ein dickes großes Bauerbrot serviert oder auch Maisbrot.

Jedoch hatte das Unternehmen sich spezialisiert auf den Märkten, derzeit besteht die Freiremar Group aus 35 Unternehmen.

El Servicio de Salvamento en Playas intentó llegar hasta la isleta en una embarcación, pero se encontraban en un rompiente y resultó inviable.
