Die 19 Euro-Länder haben an diesem Montagmorgen nach einer Marathonsitzung am Wochenende eine Einigung im griechischen Schulden-Drama erreicht, erklärte vor der Presse der belgische  Ministerpräsident Charles Michel.  Ein Grund zur Freude ist das nicht!    Warum entsteht der schon zu lange andauernde Streit um eine Lösung der griechischen Schuldenkrise?  Der Streit verschleiert die eigentlichen Probleme die zu dem Disaster geführt haben.
