Foto links: das Internet in Spanien ist geteert und gefedert! Doch es leuchtet noch! Die spanische Regierung will glänzen mit einem angeblichen  "Besten Europamodell"in Sachen Freiheit im Internet. Es geht um die Neufassung zum neuen Gesetz zum geistigen Eigentum. So sind ab gestern 1.01.2015 sogar Hyperlinks urheberrechtlich geschützt. Der spanische Bildungsminister José Ignacio Wert, sieht diese Neuregelung  als „eine Pionierleistung für Europa“ an. Das ist doch wohl der blanke Hohn, das ein Bildungsminister solche Worte für ein solches Gesetz findet! Gerade durch diese Art von Gesetzen wird Bildung blockiert und nicht nur das, ein zensierter Zugang zum Internet verhindert, sowie Wirtschaftsleben und Vielfalt von Möglickeiten. Zensur im Internet erstickt die Anbindung an die Weltwirtschaft und diese hätte Spanien besonders nötig. Betroffen sind von der neuen Regelung wirtschaftlich agierende Webseiten ebenso wie Blogs.
