Die beiden Flüchtige und mutmaßlichen Mitglieder der ETA , Juan Jesús Narváez Alberdi Uranga Goñi und Meredith sind heute morgen nach Spanien geflogen worden. Sie kamen aus Mexiko von mexikanischen Einwanderungsbehörden der spanischen Polizei übergeben. Straßensperrungen  wegen Erdrutsche infolge von starken Sturm der Gran Kanaria heute peitsche. Das Cabildo von Gran Canaria bleibt im aktivem Alarm  für einen Notfallplan der Insel. A m Samstag wurden zudem die Straßen wegen schneebedeckter  Berge gesperrt. Die Abteilung für Umwelt -und Notfall, Präsident Arévalo María del Mar, hat  darauf bestanden, das die Bürger nicht zu versuchen, diese Bereiche zu betreten. Verkehr und außergewöhnliche Situationen wurden implementiert, um Gefahren für die körperliche Unversehrtheit von Familien und Rettungskräfte zu verhindern. Durch Erdrutsche infolge der starken Sturm, hatte bereits Personen in Schwierigkeiten gebracht.  Präventive Maßnahmen sind die Schließung von Erholungsgebieten, Camping und Hotels auf Gipfeln. Darüber hinaus wurden die Zugänge zu Bergipfeln gesperrt.
