Un avión de pasajeros se ha estrellado durante el despegue desde el aeropuerto de Mehrabad, situado en plena capital iraní. La mayoría de los ocupantes de la aeronave falleció, informan medios iraníes. Contrariamente a lo que se indicó en un primer momento, no todos 48 ocupantes del avión siniestrado fallecieron. Según los últimos datos de la agencia iraní Fars, 10 pasajeros del vuelo sobrevivieron a la catástrofe, aunque uno de ellos murió posteriormente en el hospital.
