Die katalanische Absurdität, die Artur Mas weiter ankündigt, als eine Art Ersatz für die Beratung am 9. November, "Stimmzettel und Wahlurnen" sollen symbolisch aufgestellt werden, wird von der  PP verurteilt, und wirft Mas  "groteskes handeln" vor. Oktober südlich von Bermuda gegründet und begann schnell tropische Merkmale zu bilden. Fay ging über die Inseln am frühen Sonntag mit Windgeschwindigkeiten von 110 km / h und ging schnell weg in den Nordatlantik. Er verstärkte sich kurz als Hurrikan der Kategorie 1 und damit zu einem tropischen Sturm, der sich später abschwächte. Allerdings deuten einige Wettermodelle darauf hin, dass die Überreste des tropischen Sturm, könnten weniger stark in Spanien ankommen, und wird speziell am Donnerstag, den 16. Oktober zu spüren sein.  Im Bild oben sieht  man den Nordatlantik und den mächtigen Sturm.
