Die katalanische Regierung hat am gestrigen Mittwoch zwei  Beschwerden beim Verfassungsgerichtshof gegen die Entscheidung der Zentralregierung auf die Anfragen bezüglich des 9. Novembers gestellt. Nach dem Gesetz fordert man eine Beratung, bzgl. der Abstimmung am 9. November.  Der Antrag an den Verfassungsgerichtshof verlangt die "sofortige Aufhebung" der vorläufige Aussetzung. Die katalanische Regierung, die ihre Beschwerde am gestrigen Mittwoch, Stunden nach dem Urteil bei dem TC angekündigt hat, behauptet, dass das Gericht die sofortige Aufhebung entscheiden würde, "als Antwort auf die Vermutung der Rechtmäßigkeit der Gesetze und der Abwägung der Interessen, die von der Aussetzung betroffen sind." Weiterhin wird argumentiert, dass die Verfassung durch das Statut, durch den Gesetzgeber zu fördern ist und zu erleichtern, wegen der ideologischen Freiheit der Meinungsäußerung und politischen Beteiligung der Bürger.  Es wurden 30-32 Seiten eingereicht, zur Unterst
