Der spanische Gerichtshof in Madrid hat ein Urteil im Fall Coca Cola Iberian  gesprochen. Die rund 1.000 Entlassungen in den Produktionsanlagen Alicante, Asturien, Madrid und Palma de Mallorca sind unzulässig. Das bedeutet das Coca Cola Iberian Partners dazu verpflichtet, rund 800 ehemalige Mitarbeiter wieder einzustellen. Auch die Gehälter der letzten Monate müssen rückwirkend ausgezahlt werden. Coca Cola Iberian Partners hatte Anfang des Jahres vier seiner Abfüllanlagen in Spanien geschlossen und die Mitarbeiter entlassen, mit der Begründung, das es wichtige Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen gibt. Die Gewerkschaften klagten dagegen, weil es offentsichtliche Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Vorgehensweise und dem Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern gab. Die Gewerkschaften –bekamen Recht.

Bis Gestern Nachmittag kletterten in ganz Spanien die Temperaturen stellenweise bis 45 Grad. Doch heute Nacht entlud sich ein starkes Gewitter und brachte viel Regen und Abkühlung.
