Das neue Demonstrationsgesetz in Spanien tritt ab März diesen Jahres in Kraft. Es verbreitet Angst und Unsicherheit unter den Demonstranten. Der  Staat (Estado) sieht Strafen bis zu 600.000€ vor und oder Gefängnis. Das Gesetz soll ab März dieses Jahres in Kraft treten. Fundamentale Demonstrationrechte werden verboten und als kriminelle Tat geahndet. Die Strafen werden erhöht und die Möglichkeiten direkt ins Gefägnis zu wandern ebenfalls. Welches Angebot  (OFERTA) hätten Sie denn gerne? Neun Monate Gefängnis oder 600 bis 30.000€ Geldstrafe? Die Polizei bleibt ungestraft bei Aktionen und es dürfen auch keine Polizeiaktionen mehr  fotografiert, gefilmt oder veröffentlichtlicht werden. Auch veröffentlichte kritische Texte über das aktuelle Geschehen wird hoch bestraft. Demonstrationen werden als illegal betrachtet, wenn sie nicht vorher bei den Behörden angemeldet wurden.

Hunderte von Menschen marschierten Sonntag in Madrid gegen das " Knebel Gesetz" und die neuen Reformen des Strafgesetzbuches von der Regierung genehmigt . Der Protest wurde urch den Marsch der Würde und Plattform namens "Wir sind keine Verbrecher" organisiert. Der Protestmarsch ging um 12 Uhr von der Puerta del Sol zum Platz vor dem Kongress der Abgeordneten .
