Heute ist Madrid im Königsfieber. Heute startet eine neue Seite in der Geschichte Spaniens. Der König von Spanien, Juan Carlos1, setzte nach 39 Jahren seiner Regierungszeit ein Ende, am gestrigen Tag unterzeichnet. Ein wichtiger Tag für Spanien, der Geschichte schreibt, am 19.06.2014. Madrid hat einen neuen König seit heute Rey Felipe VI. Seine Frau Letizia ist nun die Königin von Spanien. Mitten im endlosen Applaus, hat der Monarch nach dem Küssen der Königin, seinen seinen Sohn herzlich umarmt. Auch anwesend waren die Infantin Leonor und Sofia. Weitere Gäste waren Mariano Rajoy, Manager Anfangs die Unterzeichnung des Gesetzes, ehemalige Präsidenten Präsident Jose Maria Aznar, begleitet von seiner Frau, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero und Felipe Gonzalez, unter anderem. Der Veranstaltungsort für dieses historische Ereignis war die Säulenhalle des Palastes. Das Wetter:  Die gesamte Woche gab es durch eine große Gewitterfront Regenschauer. Die Temperaturen waren merklich kühler. Letzte Nacht gab es Starkregen, Gewitter, Stromausfall, das Internet funktionierte heute morgen auch nicht. Die Touristen sind an der Costa Brava gefrustet. Sowieso sind für die Jahreszeit sehr wenig Touristen da. Am Wochenende ist "San Juan", das Fest für den Sommerbeginn.
