Tabarca ist ein einzigartiger Ort,  weil die seine Geschichte uns daran erinnert, dass der Ort vo n Piraten besonders angezogen wurde und die Künstler schon immer inspiriert hat. In der Tat, um die Piraterie zu beseitigen, wurde die Insel befestigt und von den Bewohnern der Insel Tabargah, in Tunis besiedelt. Aus dieser Zeit sind die Wände, die Türen des San Gabriel, San Miguel und San Rafael, Sastammen auch die Mauern und Wehrturm, das Haus des Gouverneurs und die Kirche. Am östlichen Ende der Insel finden wir den Leuchtturm, aus dem neunzehnten Jahrhundert . Aber was uns als Tourist besonders interessiert ist die Wasserwunderwelt (1986 als erste Meeresschutzgebiet des Landes anerkannt) unberührte und spektakuläre Tierwelt, die Taucher begeistern wird. Die Küstenlinie wird von kleinen Klippen wenige Meter hoch abgeschnitten. iHat Kiesstränden und einem einzigartigen Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser.
