Der Premierminister, Mariano Rajoy, hat am heutigen Sonntag eine Reise nach Mali und Senegal ( Afrika) angetreten, um  sich mit den  wichtigsten Behörden dieser Länder zu treffen und die spanischen Truppen in europäischen Missionen in diesen Ländern eingesetzt stationiert, zu besuchen. Es ist die einzige internationale Mission, die von einem spanischen General in Befehl von fast 600 Militär Ländern ausgeübt wird. Rajoy reist an diesem Sonntagmorgen in einem Flugzeug der spanischen Luftwaffe, gemeinsam mit Verteidigungsminister Peter Morenes. Der Chef war zunächst auf Mali, wo er den Präsidenten, Ibrahih Bubakar Keita, besucht. Später wird er die spanischen Kontingents der Teilnahme an der europäischen Mission EUTM, die in diesem Land stationiert sind, besuchen.  Das spanische Kontigents wird geleitet von Alfonso García-Vaquero.
