AGENCIA EFE Am 12.12.2017 veröffentlicht Madrid, 12 dic (EFE).- El Estado, a través del FROB, ha cerrado la colocación acelerada de un 7 % de Bankia, equivalente a 201,55 millones de acciones, por 818,30 millones de euros, un importe de 4,06 euros cada una. En un comunicado remitido hoy a la CNMV, la entidad confirma que la colocación, anunciada en la tarde de ayer, se ha hecho en su totalidad entre inversores cualificados. El precio representa un descuento del 2,64 % con respecto a los 4,17 euros con los que terminaron ayer la sesión las acciones de Bankia. Se trata de la segunda colocación de acciones de Bankia por parte del Estado tras una primera venta llevada a cabo en febrero de 2014, en la que el FROB se desprendió de un 7,5 % de la entidad, una participación valorada entonces en 1.360 millones.
