Erdbeben Italien-ein Vergeltungsschlag gegen Italien
Minister Ayoob Kara (Likud), stellvertretender Minister meinte während eines Staatsbesuches im Vatikan: Italiens Erdbeben waren eine Vergeltung für die UNESCO-Resolution.
*Der Israelische Stellvertretender Minister Ayoob Kara (Likud), von Itamar Eichner für YNet News (http://www.ynetnews.com), verursachte eine Kontroverse, als er die zwei massiven italienischen Erdbeben tadelte. Die Erdbeben in Italien haben das Land am Mittwoch getroffen und nach Minister Ayoob Kara waren sie ein Vergeltungsschlag gegen Italien, für die Abstimmung des Landes zugunsten einer UNESCO Auflösung eine jüdische Verbindung zum Tempelberg.
Der stellvertretende Minister meinte, die Erdbeben löste eine Naturkatastrophen aus, auf göttlichem will.
Die Nachricht aus Italien, zur Auflösung, habe einen Aufschrei in Israel und in der internationalen jüdischen Gemeinschaft ergeben, da es die jüdische Verbindung zu ihren heiligen Stätten in Jerusalem außer Acht gelassen habe.
Kara leitete eine israelische Delegation in den Vatikan, die in dem Bemühen, geschickt wurde, um die Opposition für die Resolution zu untermauern. Kara schaffte es sogar, bei seinem Besuch ein kurzes Gespräch mit dem Papst zu haben.
"Das Erdbeben war nicht die bequemste Erfahrung, aber wir vertrauten darauf, dass der Heilige Stuhl uns sicher halten würde", schrieb Kara in seinem Memo.
"Ich bin sicher, dass das Erdbeben wegen der UNESCO Entscheidung geschehen ist, auch der Papst war nicht einverstanden mit Italiens Entscheidung. Er sagte sogar öffentlich, dass das heilige Land an die Nation von Israel gebunden ist. "Nach dem Erdbeben hat sich Kara mit dem Kardinalstaatssekretär Pietro Parolin getroffen und versuchte, den Kardinal zu überzeugen, die Position des Vatikan zu ändern in Hinsicht auf die UNESCO-Entscheidung. Zwei Erdbeben, die Italien in dieser Woche schlug, waren "Vergeltung" für die Unterstützung des Landes von der UNESCO-Resolution ohne Berücksichtigung der jüdischen Verbindung zu Jerusalem, israelische Vize-Minister für regionale Zusammenarbeit Ayoob Kara.
Ironischerweise war der israelische Politiker auf Staatsbesuch im Vatikan, als die Beben am Mittwoch Mittelitalien getroffen hatten, wobei eine Person getötet wurde und 10 Personen verletzt wurden.
Am selben Tag hatte die UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) eine Resolution verabschiedet, Israel für seine Handhabung der heiligen Stätte in Jerusalem zu kritisieren - genannt Tempelberg von Juden und Haram al-Sharif von Muslimen. Das Dokument wurde nach hitzigen Debatte über ihren Wortlaut angenommen, und insbesondere im arabischen Wortlaut im Dokument verwendeten.
Kara kam mit vergeblichen Bemühungen in den Vatikan um die Auflösung zu verhindern, schaffte es aber noch einen kleinen Plausch mit dem Oberhaupt der katholischen Kirche zu haben. Laut Kara, Franziskus "nicht einverstanden war" mit der Auflösung. "Er (der Papst) sagte sogar öffentlich, dass das heilige Land an die Nation von Israel verbunden ist", betonte der stellvertretende Minister.

Deputy Minister Ayoob Kara (Likud) caused
controversy when he blamed two massive earthquakes which hit Italy on
Wednesday for the country’s vote in favor of a UNESCO resolution
disregarding a Jewish connection to the Temple Mount.
The deputy minister, who was in Italy when the
earthquakes hit, ascribed the natural disasters to divine will.The
resolution itself sparked an outcry in Israel and among the
international Jewish community since it disregarded the Jewish
connection to its holy sites in Jerusalem.
Kara headed an Israeli delegation to the Vatican which was sent in an
effort to shore up opposition for the resolution. Kara even managed to
have a short conversation with the Pope during his visit.
“Going through the earthquake wasn’t the most comfortable of experiences, but we trusted that the Holy See would keep us safe,” Kara wrote in his memo.
“I’m sure that the earthquake happened because of the UNESCO decision, which the Pope strongly disagreed with. He even said publicly that the holy land is connected to the Nation of Israel.”
After recovering from the earthquake, Kara met with the Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin, and tried to convince the cardinal to change the Vatican’s position on the UNESCO decision.
