Very strong but luckily deep earthquake in Romania

Update 01:03 UTC : NO reports of damage yet, definitely a good sign
Update 01:01 UTC : The shaking was felt very well in the capital Bucharest
Update 00:44 UTC : The
earthquake was also felt in Bulgaria and even in other countries. The
main reason is besides the strong Magnitude also the depth op the
hypocenter or breaking point. Most stronger earthquakes in Romania are
rather deep which is also the reason that they generate only limited
damage and seldom injuries or fatalities.

Bucharest - Moderate shaking but for about 10 seconds. Third floor in a 10 stories concrete building.
Bucharest - Earthquake lasted for less
than 5 seconds. Felt two horizontal moves of my building (I'm on the
first floor), and that was it.
Chisinau - Very strong movements of the house
Chisinau - Earthquake with 8-10 second length wave, the most probably epicentre in Frances region (Romania).
Chisinau - 7th floor of hotel, shaking
for around 10 seconds or slightly more. Could hear the building shaking
and rattling. Was quite scary
Bucharest - Strong Shaking for around 20 seconds ,at around 2:05 A.M. - 24-09-2016.
Everything seems safe.
Albena - I woke up from the shake, it lasts for a few seconds.
Galati - Was a nice small shaking feeling but it always starts with o damn
Chisinau - 3 times in 1 minute. It was
not very strong, but felt like the house was on a spring and moved
gently back and forth. I saw the limbs on my fake flower tree sway back
and forth for a few moments after. I called a friend across town and
they felt it too.
Chisinau - Woken up by light shaking followed by much stronger shaking lasting good few seconds!
Tiraspol - Scary
Odessa - A nice night cap to an emotional
day, slight shaking in bed (12th floor), 15 seconds or so... went to
the lobby, only one other tenant (old lady from the 4th floor) was
there...
Kiev - At about 2:10am, on the 9th floor,
woke up because of the noise, as if someone is walking in my room. It
was the sound of shaking wardrobe. Then I felt the shakes. The wind
chimes above the front door started to make sound, as if light breeze
was blowing on them. Lasted for about 15-20 seconds.
Iasi - Strong shaking second floor of 7 concrete building. Lasted more than 10 seconds.
Chisinau - In a house. We were sleeping
on the 2nd floor and felt the whole house shaking. Woke one of our kids
who came running to our room next to his. We ran under a doorway and
grabbed our second child. It had two episodes. Altogether lasted about
6-10 seconds. It was scary and definitely the strongest shake we felt in
our four years living in this country.
Bucharest - I woke up because of bed's shaking.It lasted few seconds. It was very scary. Around at 2:06 am.24th Sept.
Nemeshaevo - Any damages.
Kiev - Light shaking in Kiev, UA.
Tiraspol - I felt for 5-10 seconds
Plovdiv - Felt it on the 6th floor,no damage
Bucharest - 4th floor newer hotel. Bed was shaking for about 10 secs it seemed around 2:11 am ?
Odessa - I stay at work late, thought,
that i'm feeling bad, because more than 12 hours on work. 9th floor of
the very strong building. Feel like 8-10 seconds, but I already prepared
my documents and cell phone
Varna - About 2 AM, bed was shaking and I heard the dishes clattering in the kitchen.
Sofia - I felt it on the 4th floor around 2:10 AM. Not too strong shaking and some squeaky noise made by the furniture.
Kursk - I felt light shaking around 10-20
seconds on the 6-x floor of 9-floor building 2:10 am. Saw how
chandelier and a bed light trembled.
Varna - At 02:10 on the 5th floor, consistent movement which lasted a minimum five seconds

Davao - Woke up to a very strong shaking. Lasted for more than a minute. No known damages yet.
Iasi - Strong shaking 4th floor in Iasi at 2:11, woke me up. Scary
Bucharest - It woke me up, the ceiling was moving quite badly. It lasted for about 10 seconds.
Bucuresti - M-a trezit la ora 2.10 o miscare brusca a patului si am realizat ca a fost cutremur.
Zaporozhye - About 02:10 am, i felt 2 pushes becourse my bad made slightly shake.
Miercurea-Ciuc - Woken up by the shaking. Lasted maybe 2-3 seconds. I wasn't sure, that was an earthquake or I'm dreaming.
Бурштын - Легкие колебания дома (7 этаж), скрипнули двери. Где-то около 2.10 местного времени.
