reports that it is feared that Kumamoto Shimin Hospital may collapse
after a new series of quakes. An evacuation is being considered.

People fear the weather outlook tomorrow. Heavy rain is expected. Strong
aftershocks combined with heavy rain may make the ground unstable and
inflect landslides.
